Case Study

Binya Hall

Achieving success for the not-for-profit Binya Hall Trust involved wide industry knowledge, consultation and lobbying.

We could see the passion from the volunteer committee to provide their community with emergency evacuation infrastructure. The people of Binya love their hall. There is no pub or club for local meetings for emergency services or community groups. It really is the heart of the community.

Upgrading the hall to accommodate people during times of emergency required a significant funding investment.

To secure the required funding of $216,000 C2Hills conducted extensive research into the technical side of ensuring the hall met not only the requirements of the grant, but also the needs of the community in terms of safety, amenity and flexibility for use year-round.

The funding was secured under the ClubGrants Program.

“The Binya Hall Trust Committee is very appreciative of the grant consultancy service provided by C2Hills Consultancy, and the successful outcome of our grant of $216,000 under the Emergency Infrastructure Fund.
